Set beside the ocean and guided by rhythm, reflection, and creative flow, this retreat is a soulful escape designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and renew. From the warmth of a welcoming dinner and a powerful opening drum circle, to sunrise beach walks, solo creative time, sound journeys, and collaborative art, each day gently unfolds with intention and space to breathe.
You’ll release what no longer serves you, rediscover your creative spark, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity and inspiration—carrying one meaningful creative commitment back into your everyday life. Come as you are, surrounded by community, nature, and possibility… and leave truly recharge.

Day 2 – Mindful presence & Creative Flow – 9/30/26

- 10:30 am — Mindfulness & Creative Clarity Session

- 1:00 pm — Solo Creative Time: Do YOUR Thing
